Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take and serve orders and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Previous POS use
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate
Kitchen StaffFull-time
Food Handler Certification (Required)
US work authorization (Required)
Maintain the kitchen by cleaning prep areas before and after use and making sure that all knives and critical equipment are clean
Monitor ingredients and report inventory levels to the Kitchen Manager at regular intervals
Work with wait staff to ensure that each order has the proper types and amounts
Food Handler’s certificate required
Previous experience in food prep a plus
Must be able to work most weekends and evenings
Excellent communication skills
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
